Hi, I'm Cody!
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with multiple years experience working with active people and mountain athletes of all ages and abilities. From running as an NCAA student-athlete in college, to a high school and professional coach, I've seen the power of food and peak performance. I take a holistic approach to nutrition, understanding that stress, sleep, training load, and personal preference all impact the way we eat and drink. I love coming alongside people to build a healthier relationship with food as a source of fuel, pleasure, and connection.
Through my own experiences with stomach and GI distress, as well as my education and training, I've found better ways to eat before, during, and after training and racing. An avid chocolate enthusiast and runner with a 2:29 marathon best, I love movement of just about any kind! When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me on trails, rock, skis, or ice in the mountains. Likely with a bar of chocolate in my pack.
